Between January and May of 2023, I got the opportunity to work at The PAST Foundation as a graphics design intern. There, I focused on contributing my art skills to their projects while further growing myself as an aspiring professional in the field of illustration.

BUG Bin Biteable Video

For this project, I created a short video on a project called BUG Bins on a video-editing website called Biteable.

Specific requirements/points of focus were as follows: 
 

  • Follow the provided storyboard

  • Use the images on the storyboard

  • Edit the video using creativity and design skills

  • Keep in mind pacing of the video

Design Cycle Illustrations

For this project, I created two original characters  to help teach about the design cycle. 

Specific requirements/points of focus were as follows: 
 

  • Make the characters teenagers

  • Different arms and facial expressions for each character

  • Focus on diversity

Long Way Down Illustration

For this project, I drew Shawn from the graphic novel Long Way Down for a 2d and 3d animation lesson.

Specific requirements/points of focus were as follows:

  • Different arms for the character

  • Aim for accurate depiction of the character while also maintaining your own style
